New feature | Xero | XFC - Use the Xero Default Invoice Due Date settings, if set | LEX Gateway changed so that the Due Date is set to the appropriate Bills/Sales default value, subject to the following:
sets Due Date to the Xth of the next month (from today), regardless of the invoice date. e.g. Due = 31, today is 27/03/2026 gives a Due Date of 30/04/2026.
sets the due date to X days after the invoice. e.g. Due = 31 created on 27/03/2026 gives a Due Date of 27/04/2026.
sets the due date to the Xth of the month after the invoice date. e.g. Due = 31, invoice date on 20/02/2026 gives a Due Date of 31/03/2026.
sets the due date to the Xth of this month (from today), regardless of the invoice date. e.g. Due = 10, today is 27/03/2026 gives a Due Date of 10/03/2026. If Xero has no default settings, we set the Due Date to 20 days after the Invoice Date. If date X doesn’t exist for a given month (e.g. 30th Feb), it sets it to the last day of that month (28/29th Feb). Xero itself can set a Due Date before the Invoice Date using ‘of the current month’ setting, so this code follows that. Payments/Cancellations/Liabilities (Purchase Invoices) use the Bills settings, Rent/Commission/Recharges use the Sales Invoices settings. |
