New feature | Start menu | New start menu options for Resource Centre and Support Query | New start menus have been added for Resource Centre and Support Query, the latter then providing a further sub-menu of Raise Request: ![]() Raise Request allows users to view Knowledge Base articles, such as Release Notes and guides, as well as submitting ticket forms for support rather than having to email or phone support. ‘Resource Centre’ contains in-app guides, walkthroughs and announcements. Any in-app guides and notifications that are closed when automatically popping up can be referred to within this section if later required. This feature will, in future, be used to advertise when new releases are available, which will contain a link to the relevant release notes and instructions on how to schedule an upgrade via Raise Request. The Resource Centre will provide access to all guides, depending on where you are in the system. For example, if you’re on the diary view, you will only see guides related to the diary as well as generic notifications, whereas if you’re in reporting you won’t have access to the diary guides and will instead see any guides relating to reporting as well as generic notifications. |

New feature | Add option for XFC to include attachment showing all payment lines in period when processing commission/rent | Added System Options → Admin Config → Xero For Chambers Settings → Show Payment lines on Commission/Rent invoices. This adds an attachment to the Xero Sales Invoices for Rent/Commission, showing a breakdown of the Chambers Expenses (rent/commission - as shown on the invoice itself) and all payments that have contributed to the commission. It uses the XFC Commission Payments.doc document template, which can be customised (the top two rows and totals tables will always show Chambers Expenses, the next two will always show Payments contributing to Commission). |
